As a Certified Economic Developer, Christine has built a career around growing organizations — developing strategies that attract investment, expand markets, and transform industries.

Her career spans more than three decades of business consulting, site selection, economic development, and marketing.  

Shelby Rambo is the marketing associate and content creator, developing social media and digital marketing strategies for clients and assists in content creation on all social media platforms. Using her experience with integrated marketing and social media content development, Shelby strives to enhance the client’s brand exposure across constantly evolving social media platforms. 

Shelby has seen firsthand the power of social media to grow businesses and to recruit young professionals to communities. Shelby earned with her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisiana at Shreveport.

 Rupak Bhattarai serves as the AI Technologist at UPowerAI, where he leads the development and implementation of data-driven technologies that support product development.  He creates AI solutions that improve your quality of life. Rupak specializes in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital system architecture, designing and deploying intelligent platforms that translate complex datasets into practical decision-making tools. His work focuses on building intelligent systems that help stakeholders make informed, strategic decisions grounded in quantitative insight. 

Dipesh Sharma is an AI Technologist at UPowerAI, where he develops intelligent software solutions that help transform ideas into reality through artificial intelligence. His work focuses on integrating large language models (LLMs), machine learning, data analytics, and modern software engineering to create AI-powered applications that enable smarter decisions and accelerate innovation. At UPowerAI, he applies his passion for emerging technologies to design practical AI solutions that empower businesses, entrepreneurs, and communities to achieve their goals through intelligent, data-driven innovation.
